Gremspeak

A language derivative of modern English created by Ninja Gremlin, to facillitate quicker writing and faster speaking. It omits slient vowels, substitutes similar consonants, and disregards needless punctuation and capitalization. Eventually adopted as the Basic World Language by the beginning of the 22nd century, despite Grey Knight's strongest efforts.

Gremspeak is similar to English, being an evolved version of it, but in large portions can be hard for English-speakers to understand, leading them to often ignore or discredit Gremspeak on the basis of being some kind of lower form of communication.
