Yumedora
Yumedora (literally 'Tiger Dream', in utmost Japanese), is a fighting style invented early in the 20th century by Master Sprinkles. Whereas most ancient techniques of martial arts were built on traditions of simplicity and function, Yumedora was concocted as the total opposite; striking near-harmless, repetitive blows in needlessly complex and flamboyant manuvers. While crafted to appear useless, Yumedora training in the hands of a seasoned disciple could literally outclass simpler martial arts, disorienting an opponent with random hand movements, animal sounds, and interpretive dance.
The devoted member of Yumedora would as a uniform, traditonally wear a colorful silk kimono or ornately embroidered hakama and keikogi, geta clogs with heart-shaped slats on the bottom, and most important of all, a wide round straw hat with kitten ears attached and at least one large ribbon hanging off the back. Only members who had achieved the title of Beautiful Dreamer or Kitten Champion could wear the vaunted hat.
Yumedora died out not long ago, after the death of Ai Maeda at the hands of Twelfth. Up to that point only she and Kitten Champion were the remaining devotees of the martial art, the other couple hundred slaughtered years prior by Ai Maeda out of desire for supremacy in the practice.
