Sought the aid of Ninjaburger in saving his native country with futuristic gene-tampering that would make them equals with the rest of the world's people. Speaks a dialect of Gremspeak when communicating with individuals from the past.

Due to the unfinished nature of his time machine, Roi has a tendency to blink in and out of time at the whim of the self-aware computer which runs the equipment. During one such flux, Kitten Champion was entangled in the machine and dragged bodily through time along with it. Prior to this, Kitten Champion had been the only one capable of giving enough of a damn to figure out what Roi was doing there in the first place. Neither Roi nor Kitten Champion have been seen since.
